YourNextFund is a business-funding marketplace and referral service. We are not a lender. We connect businesses with third-party funding partners. We do not make credit decisions, set funding terms, or guarantee that any funding will be offered or approved.

Submitting an application or uploading documents does not create any obligation for us or any funding partner, and is not an offer or commitment to lend. Any funding amounts, rates, factors, or timelines shown on the site (including estimates) are illustrative only. Actual offers, amounts, and terms are determined solely by the funding partners based on their own underwriting.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorized to apply on behalf of your business and to share the information and documents you provide.
• You agree the information and documents you provide are accurate and truthful.
• You authorize us to share your application and documents with funding partners to evaluate your request.

Automated tools and "AI"

We use automated and artificial-intelligence tools to help review applications, analyze statements, and match you with funding partners. These tools support our team and our partners; they do not replace the funding partner's independent decision. Estimates produced by these tools are not offers.

Third-party funding partners

Any funding you receive is a transaction between you and the funding partner, governed by that partner's own agreements and disclosures. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, those agreements, the terms offered, or the conduct of any funding partner.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourNextFund and Bar Group Technology LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services, or from any funding transaction with a funding partner.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree we and our funding partners may contact you about your application by email, phone, or text. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
